El día de ayer asistí a la conferencia de prensa de IDM, esta ocasión se llevó a cabo en el edificio de Microsoft en Santa Fe.
Manuel Vera, director de International Designers Mexico, hizo la presentación de esta próxima sexta edición que contará con 20 desfiles de Fall Winter 2012/2013 y nos contó sobre los nuevos cambios que ha tomado el evento, los cuales aseguran que esta edición será la mejor en la historia de IDM.

IDM (International Designers Mexico) is one the -Fashion Week- that we have here in Mexico. This Fashion Week head is Manuel Vera and he told us that the 6th edition of IDM Fall Winter 2012/2013 will have 20 runway shows & it will also have some changes, which make certain this is gonna be the best edition in the history of IDM.

IDM (International Designers Mexico) is one the -Fashion Week- that we have here in Mexico. This Fashion Week head is Manuel Vera and he told us that the 6th edition of IDM Fall Winter 2012/2013 will have 20 runway shows & it will also have some changes, which make certain this is gonna be the best edition in the history of IDM.
La sede de esta plataforma se realizará nuevamente el Foro Polanco durante los días 29 de febrero, 1 y 2 de marzo.
Entre algunas de las novedades se encuentra el apoyo y participación de la Secretaría de Economía y de fondo PYME , lo cual ha permitido que para esta edición participen 80 diseñadores en el showroom que estará abierto para todo el público en un horario de 4pm a 9pm; esto implica que todos podremos acercarnos a las marcas de diseño mexicano que han sido descubiertas en toda la Republica Mexicana.
Prodigy msn será la página oficial de IDM, lo cual permitirá que un número mayor de personas se entere de lo que acontece en nuestro país, y pueda ver en tiempo real algunos de los desfiles.
La conferencia terminó con la presentación de la nueva imagen de esta temporada; Denisse Guerrero, vocalista del grupo Belanova. Manuel comentó que toda la producción de la campaña fue realizada por tapatíos en la Universidad de Guadalajara.
